Our boutique law firm client is looking for a well‑rounded corporate Associate to join its team.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, corporate reorgs, contracts, and other areas.
This is a rare, fully remote opportunity.
