Corporate lawyer (mx/latam)

Role Summary

Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts (licenses, services, supply) and legal documents; providing legal opinions; and managing corporate documentation. Supports internal clients across MX and LATAM, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts and legal documents with a focus on risk mitigation. Negotiate terms under Legal Director supervision. Coordinate with internal clients and external counsel. Manage document control: versioning, signatures, renewals, and digital/physical storage. Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other teams to align contracts with corporate policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies (anti-corruption, privacy, IP) and local regulations. Track contract pipeline, renewals, and risk alerts.
