Corporate Law Clerk
Key Responsibilities
Prepare corporate documentation including articles of incorporation, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and revivalsDraft resolutions and other transactional documentsRegister business names and maintain corporate recordsConduct corporate and regulatory searchesPrepare and file annual resolutions and compliance documentsManage and coordinate a busy lawyer’s calendar, meetings, and deadlinesProvide general administrative and legal support within a fast-paced corporate practiceAssist with PPSA registrations and filingsUtilize legal tools and software such as Appara, MS Office, NetDocuments, Soluno Qualifications
Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma (or equivalent education)Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate law role...
