We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer to join the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) – Banking, Capital Markets & Research group. The position will include responsibility for providing primary advisory support for the following groups in the CIB: M&A, Capital Markets, Credit, Research, and Coverage.
Responsibilities
The review and discussion of non-disclosure agreements; joinder agreements; non-reliance letters; tax allocation letters; powers of attorney; and related transactional and closing documentation. You will work both independently and with colleagues across the Firm’s global Legal Department. You will join a successful, well established global team of professionals, and be a part of the premier investment banks in the country and the world.
