Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end M&A deal execution including financial modeling
• Identify and close technology and financial partnerships
• Monitor competitive landscape and advise CEO on strategic priorities
• Develop commercial models for partner-led growth initiatives
• Prepare board materials related to growth operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is preferred
