Corporate Development Analyst
As a Corporate Development Analyst, your key responsibilities include: Develop internally generated investment opportunities and evaluate potential investment targets. Perform financial analysis and modeling to inform transaction decisions and support due diligence processes. Manage corporate reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual materials, and provide inputs to the Investment Committee. Participate on deal execution teams, overseeing assigned components of transactions. Support the CCDO as a Board Member or Observer, including analysis of portfolio company performance and management forecasts. Maintain and develop relationships with investment banks, boutique M&A advisory firms, and strategic partners. Maintain the CCDO's calendar and coordinate meetings, documenting outcomes and next steps.
