Responsibilities include advising assigned lines of business by:
Reviewing and approving all contracts related to certain lines of businessProviding legal advice related to executed contracts or business projectsProviding support with new products and services, including analyzing and proposing the legal framework or structure for such new product/service, assist in negotiations of any required contracts and prepare contract templates to engage prospective clients.Supporting compliance function of each line of businessOther legal projects and key initiatives, as needed.Qualifications
Graduate from Law SchoolBilingual oral and written English skillsThe ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Experience in a corporate law department within an established organ...
