Corporate Counsel

Corporate Counsel supports the company’s legal operations in a variety of matters, with a focus that includes general corporate matters, regulatory and compliance matters, insurance, vendor contract negotiations, internal corporate policies and procedures, along with drafting and negotiating other transactional matters.

**Responsibilities, other duties as assigned:**

+ Overseeing construction and infrastructure/energy related legal matters
+ Negotiating and drafting energy and vendor contracts as well as various other transactional matters
+ Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance
+ Assisting with compliance with various domestic and international privacy laws
+ Assisting with management of the Company’s insurance program and operations
+ Assisting with a variety of other legal functions such as loans, joint ventures, acquisitions, general corporate matters, real estate, intellectual property protection, tax abatement, litigation, etc.;
