About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Corporate-Commercial Senior Counsel with 10–15 years of experience to lead complex legal matters for Indigenous governments, development corporations, and joint ventures. This is a leadership-track position offering meaningful engagement with Indigenous governance. Although Maurice Law is seeking a candidate in Calgary, Maurice Law will consider applicants from other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on sophisticated commercial transactions involving Indigenous clients
