Corporate - Business Reorganization - with part or full practice

POSITION:

Our client, a corporate boutique, never sleeps. While its corporate deals are yawning, its corporate reorganization work prospects are growing. To spearhead this initiative, the firm seeks an experienced solicitor-side practitioner with background in reorganizations and restructurings; and insolvency-related lending, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Some security enforcement and creditors’ remedies background, is welcome.

TERM:
Permanent position.
