Job Description
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, the Corporate Accountant will be responsible for areas related to Fixed Assets, Taxes and Financial Reporting.

Preparing the working papers and capitalizing the various assets monthly and preparing capex report. Preparing working papers and capitalizing POS items Recording accruals for Capital work in progress and supporting coding of invoices in iverify. Executing the monthly depreciation runs in SAP. Performing the Disposals in the system when necessary and support the annual impairment process Preparing Schedule 8 for Tax Reporting of Capital Cost Allowance (CCA) Participate in monthly capex meetings with Controlling and Operations. Preparing and submitting Stat Canda Capex Surveys.
