We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Transformation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for various engagement types.
