Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities and Time Allocation
- Effective Referral Coordination and Data Entry – 60%
- Reviews funder case documentation for completeness, identifies missing information, requests missing data, monitors and follows up on medical information prior to assessment.
- Screens for conflicts of interest.
- Accurately schedules assessments and treatments, confirms clients in the scheduling system, and ensures timely service in accordance with SLAs.
- Uploads referral and medical information, completes client profiles in ClinicMaster, and follows up with referral sources for any missing data.
- Behaves with integrity and adheres to best practice and CBI policy, including privacy policy.
