Job Description
The incumbent is a quality specialist who provides support to the business on digital platforms. Responsibilities include performing user acceptance tests (UAT), participating in development activities, following up on development requests for websites, bots, and mobile applications, filtering and analyzing anomalies reported by employees or end users and ensuring follow‑up until resolution....
