Become an integral part of the music education community as a Coordinator Associate for Music Lessons. Handle student registrations, inquiries, and payment processing while supporting the Lessons Coordinator's efforts.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow by managing lesson schedules and maintaining essential student records. Your role includes communicating effectively with students and parents, processing overdue accounts, and assisting in organizing recitals. A strong foundation in music and customer service will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and registration for music lessons
• Respond to inquiries and relay messages to teachers
• Process lesson payments and overdue accounts effectively
