We are looking for a highly organized **Operations Coordinator** to join our team in Ciudad Juárez.
This role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of logistics, installation, and after-sales support for industrial machinery and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import processes with international and local suppliers.
- Manage customs clearance, inland transportation, and local warehousing.
- Oversee on-site machinery installations with the engineering team.
- Organize technical service visits: travel logistics, lodging, tools, and spare parts.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and manage shipments to clients in Mexico.
- Track and document after-sales services, including warranty claims and technical reports.
- Support the sales and administrative teams during project execution.
