Job Description
Universidad Cuauhtémoc Plantel Querétaro Ac. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. You will monitor inquiries, process shipments, and coordinate transport logistics while maintaining direct communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English and knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is required. A strong customer-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
