About the role

Coordinador de Inteligencia de Mercado en Natura & Avon (permanent). Lead the interpretation of technical market data, converting complex information into impactful stories that enable the organization to react to competitor movements and strengthen brand equity across key markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant for Marketing and Commercial teams across markets, supporting decision‑making with quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Integrate the 360° performance framework by monitoring Sell‑Out, Brand Equity, and business KPIs to benchmark our brands against competitors.
• Lead market intelligence analyses using syndicated sources (Kantar, Nielsen, Euromonitor) to anticipate shopper trends and identify opportunities or risks.
• Own end‑to‑end research projects (Ad‑hoc and continuous), from briefing through actionable result presentation.
