This permanent full-time position is open to experienced cooks with 1-2 years in the field, offering 32 hours per week of work. You will prepare a variety of meals, accommodate food allergy needs, and train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate portion sizes and meal costs
• Prepare and cook meals and individual dishes
• Customize dishes for customers with allergies
• Prepare special meals based on dietary instructions
• Supervise kitchen safety and hygiene practices
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant cooking experience
• Training skills to guide kitchen staff
• Attention to detail in meal preparation
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
