Job Description
Our client, Hardware Hospitality Operations Pty Ltd t/a Grilled Steak and Seafood Hardware Lane is seeking a Cook to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in planning daily food preparation requirements and production schedules.
• Ensure all ingredients and food items are adequately stocked and prepared before service periods.
• Prepare and present hot and cold meals, including appetisers, soups, salads, main courses, desserts, and specialty dishes.
• Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency.
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
