Conveyancing Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage real estate files from start to finish in a busy, well-established practice.
This role is focused exclusively on residential transactions. If you enjoy running organized, efficient files and keeping deals moving smoothly toward completion, this may be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle residential real estate transactions independently, including:
Preparing purchase, sale, and mortgage documentation for Land Title registration
Registering transfers, mortgages, and discharges through LTSA
Ordering and reviewing mortgage payout statements
Preparing discharge documentation and reporting to purchaser’s counsel
Conducting title and off-title searches (tax certificates, corporate searches where applicable, PPR searches, etc.)
