Job Description

Controller Base Salary for this role: $135,000 – $160,000 CAD + bonus + meaningful equity Location: Remote-first (Canada/US preferred), optional in-person collaboration in Vancouver   The Opportunity We’re hiring a Controller to own and scale the accounting function of a dual-listed (TSX/NASDAQ) fintech company.
  This role reports into the Director of Finance and works closely with the CFO (Co-founder & President), sitting at the center of financial reporting, capital allocation, and how the business is understood by investors.

This is a priority hire as the company continues to scale and financial complexity increases across multiple business lines.
