Controller

Our client is a growing SaaS company (approximately $5–10M in annual revenue) in North America. They operate with a lean, high-performing team and are scaling quickly. This is an exciting opportunity to join as their Controller and top finance person , with full ownership of the finance function and direct visibility with executive leadership. Oversee all accounting operations including FP&A, Reporting, AR, payroll, and general ledger;
prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes;
maintain internal controls and audit readiness;
own SaaS revenue recognition and deferred revenue management;
support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning;
