Controller Manager

The Controller Manager is responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning, operational reporting, and performance management processes.This role ensures accurate budgeting, timely reporting, and insightful analysis that drives informed decision‐making across the business.The position also contributes to compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Operating Reports (MOR), ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.Manage the annual budgeting process, monitoring financial performance against projections.Adjust budgets based on price variations and ensure updates are reflected in financial forecasts and expense planning.Develop reserves and provisions to support account balances related to I‐trade, Purchase Price Variances, E&O, inventory, and other key areas.Cost & Variance AnalysisCalculate and estimate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for produ...
