Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager (OGCS (Americas), Inc., Katy, TX). Requires 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience with oil and gas industry contracting. Also required is 10 years of experience: working with contract documentation from a legal, compliance, and technical viewpoint; negotiating business critical contracts (pre-award, post award: claims, variations, amendments); and enforcing contract clauses and management processes (both pre-and post-award). Must also possess 5 years of contracting/procurement experience, with responsibility for delivery of contract compliance on projects. Also required is 2 years of experience conducting prequalification/market conditioning exercises or similar supplier relationship development processes.
