- Pay or shift range: $95,000 CAD to $115,000 CAD. The salary range is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

About the Role
Manage the full lifecycle of development‑related agreements, including subdivision contracts.
Lead integration with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Planning, Engineering, Construction) to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met.
