Contractor - Senior Civil & Structural Engineer (CSA)

This position is a 12-month contractor role in Calgary, Alberta ; the successful candidate will be onboarded through a third-party contracting agency.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science , or equivalent, and professional registration with APEG or acceptable eligibility.
• Minimum 15 years of Civil and Structural Engineering design experience with an Alberta Oil & Gas Industry Production Company or Engineering Company, including construction support.
• Demonstrated examples of creativity and innovation in addressing engineering design challenges.
• Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of civil and structural engineering, including:

• earthwork,
• structural steel,
• concrete,
• buildings and foundations (shallow, concrete pile, driven steel pile, and helical pile).
