This is a contract role for a period of 16 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage design of group benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings) in partnership with external brokers.
- Manage global vendor relationships and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee annual open enrollment processes in the US, including planning, employee education and communication.
- Maintain benefits plan configuration in Oracle HCM and support HR team to review any issues.
- Conduct annual review of global benefit plans and spend to identify short‑term changes.
- Complete annual compliance reporting.
- Support annual pension plan audits for Canada and the US.
- Facilitate pension committee meetings in Canada and the US.
