Our client is seeking a Contract and Procurement Specialist to lead structured procurement processes for construction and construction‑related services supporting major capital projects. This senior individual‑contributor role partners closely with internal project teams to design effective sourcing strategies and execute competitive procurement through contract award. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement and sourcing experience in regulated or public‑sector environments, familiarity with construction and capital project delivery models, and the ability to manage complex procurement files with structure, clarity, and defensibility.
