Wenco International Mining Systems (
We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Contract and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Richmond, BC.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the primary responsibilities of the Contract and Compliance Specialist are to manage, review and ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory and compliance requirements (including those of Wenco’s parent company, Hitachi Construction Machinery Co, Ltd,), applicable to our global operations, while facilitating growth for the Wenco.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: 
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to international laws, regulations, and company policies, including privacy and data protection..
Monitor and evaluate changes in global regulatory requirements, particularly export control regulations, and provide guidance on compliance risks and best practices.
