Join MTY Food Group as a Contract Analyst based in Montreal, QC. You'll play a key role in managing rent-related activities and supporting operational functions within the division.
In this vital position, you will report to the Lead Analyst - Contracts and help streamline the Real Estate and Contract Division's processes. With your strong organizational skills, you'll be responsible for rent invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable transactions, while maintaining accurate records. Your analytical abilities will help resolve discrepancies and ensure proper franchisee communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly sales reports for landlords
• Process and apply prepaid rents accurately
• Create rent receipt batches and distribute advisories
• Reconcile rent statements for assigned stores
• Support collections with balance documentation
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in accounting or real estate finance
• Experience with SAP ERP systems preferred
