Job Description
Join SC Johnson as a Continuous Improvement Lead, where you’ll enhance manufacturing performance through lean methodology and effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with teams to measure success and drive line improvements.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Associate Manager of Continuous Improvement. Your focus will be on facilitating continuous improvement projects while analyzing key metrics to evaluate performance. You’ll lead troubleshooting efforts, coordinate training, and develop others in lean tools and methodologies to foster a culture of improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate continuous improvement project execution
- Analyze and report safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Own the centerline management system for production
- Identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
- Lead Kaizen workshops to drive production improvements
