Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Leader, your focus will be on leading and implementing improvement projects. You will challenge existing processes, coach operational staff, and utilize data analysis to drive informed decisions. Collaborating with Bakery leadership, you will identify and act on opportunities to enhance productivity across the board.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute standard work and communication systems • Perform daily assessments with coaching on the floor • Identify gaps in CI implementation and strategize solutions • Share performance metrics with Bakery leaders • Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement projects
