Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean initiatives in all areas of production and support, ensuring the correct application of tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), SMED, and Kanban.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, eliminating waste and optimizing cycle times and resources.
