Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis
- Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross-functional improvement projects.
- Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, cost engineering, or continuous improvement within metal-mechanical environments
- Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes and metal-mechanical manufacturing operations
