Continuing Care Assistant

Job Summary

Do you live in the Neil’s Harbour, Ingonish, Dingwall or Bay St. Lawrence areas? If so, we are looking for passionate Continuing Care Assistants (CCA) to join our Homecare team in Victoria County. This role reports to the Home Support Supervisor and is responsible for delivering services to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide respite for families and caregivers.
• Document client concerns, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Complete other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Continuing Care Assistant Certificate, PCW Certificate, or being a current PLAR candidate.
