You will take charge of contents restoration projects, managing daily operations and supervising teams of technicians. Effective communication with homeowners and insurance adjusters is crucial for success. A keen eye for detail and organizational skills are required for tracking project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workflow for contents restoration efforts
• Create estimates for packout and storage tasks
• Coordinate technician teams and subcontractors
• Maintain records with RMS and Encircle
• Manage operations of the contents cleaning facility
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta driver’s license
• Proficient in software such as Xactanalysis
• IICRC certifications necessary
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and follow safety protocols
