About the Role
BDO Canada is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Construction Advisory and Dispute Services practice. The role focuses on project controls, claims and disputes on complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic delay analysis, quantum analysis, productivity analysis and insurance loss quantification for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Perform planning and project controls, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and loss quantification
- Review project‑related costs such as labor, materials, and equipment
- Read and analyze design documents and estimate material quantities
- Utilize planning software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project to extract and analyze data
