Shift Health brings a science mindset to strategy consulting for the health research and innovation ecosystem. The firm seeks a Consultant to join a dynamic, full‑time, permanent team supporting pharma strategy and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research, and work closely with senior project team members to synthesize information gathered.
• Develop deliverables and communicate research findings and recommendations to clients.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and assisting in strengthening Shift Health’s culture, including our commitment to Inclusion, Equity, Diversity and Accessibility (IDEA).
• Gather and interpret research from diverse secondary sources.
• Conduct primary research, including designing consultation guides, identifying and engaging key informants, participating in consultations and documenting discussions.
