Responsibilities
- Support and execute integration strategy, planning, and execution, providing project management support and executive communication.
- Plan and execute carve‑out or divestiture strategy, supporting operating‑model design and transaction‑services‑agreement development.
- Conduct operational due diligence, stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and operating‑model design.
- Identify, validate, and track synergy/value realization.
- Develop transitional services agreements, M&A and integration playbooks.
- Assist client engagement teams in executing integration or carve‑out services.
- Advising key decision makers on transaction strategy to secure deal value.
