Consultant, Indigenous Relations (Nuclear - Senior)

JOB SUMMARY SaskPower is hiring an experienced advisor to help implement First Nations and Métis engagement and consultation for SaskPower’s nuclear development efforts. The successful candidate should have experience researching and developing goal‑oriented, multifaceted engagement and consultation strategies that consider Indigenous worldview and feedback. The role requires thriving in a collaborative environment where relationships and results matter. The consultant is accountable to provide leadership and strategic consultation and support to a broad range of multiple functional areas, and is responsible for researching, developing, recommending and implementing strategic and operational programs, policies and procedures regarding SaskPower’s organizational structure, operations and managerial methods to ensure alignment with departmental and corporate goals.
