Job Description
Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Consultant, Enterprise Data & Records for an initial 12 Month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion.Β This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
Job responsibilities:Records Management Governance - Develop, enhance, and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards related to data and records management across the organization. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., Law 25 in Quebec) and internal records retention and destruction policies while mitigating operational risks. Business Consultation & Advisory - Provide expert guidance to business units on best practices for records management, data lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
