Job Description
Manage large-scale construction projects as a dedicated Superintendent. Focus on safety, quality, and compliance while overseeing trades and subcontractors effectively.
The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring projects meet defined standards and schedules. Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional construction is essential, especially with Water & Wastewater projects. Strong leadership and communication skills will enhance success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct onsite operations ensuring safety and efficiency • Coordinate project timelines and trade activities • Maintain compliance with all regulations and codes • Support teams with effective communication and problem-solving • Ensure sufficient manpower for project success
Requirements: • At least 5 years in related construction roles • Proven experience with projects ranging $10-$200 million • Gold Seal Certification ...
