Job Summary

The Site Supervisor / Construction Superintendet is responsible for overseeing on‑site operations on construction or project sites. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards. The Site Supervisor coordinates between project managers, subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Work Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate daily on‑site operations and activities.
• Mostly on‑site at construction, project locations and office.
• May require travel between multiple sites.
• Includes exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and physical activity.
• Monitor work progress and ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
