Job Description
Toro Aluminum Group of Companies is seeking TWO experienced Construction Safety Specialists to support and continuously improve our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) across active construction sites and subcontracted installation crews.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based existing role ideal for a safety professional who thrives in dynamic construction environments and is passionate about promoting a strong, practical safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular construction site visits, complete detailed safety inspections, hazard assessments, and written reports
- Identify risks related to installation activities and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions
- Lead and document incident investigations, including root cause analysis and follow‑up actions
