You will lead meetings, compile safety statistics, and provide mentorship to team members. Your ability to navigate project risks and develop strong client relations will be vital to maintaining project integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction management through all project phases
• Communicate timely billings and progress to Owners
• Facilitate meetings to guide team development
• Monitor and forecast project costs and cash flow
• Maintain health and safety statistics documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in a construction project management role
• Construction-related degree or technical training
