Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for all construction related activities on the project, starting with the development of construction contract strategies and developing the formal contract scope documents which supports the bidding process. Once awarded and the contracts are mobilized to site the Construction Manager, supported by the onsite Construction Management team, will take accountability for the performance of all contractors on site activities including adherence to safety, cost, quality and schedule targets.

The role will be a clear advocate to communicate and uphold our Gold Mining Client’s Safety culture and values. As Site Owner they will have accountability for the safety performance of all site activities and will ensure the entire Safety, Health and Emergency Response protocols are prepared and upheld during the construction phases.
