Job Description
Gather all relevant documents including property plans, engineering drawings and project specifications. Research documents, meet with customers and inspect the site to fully understand the work required. Decide the most suitable human and material resources for each project.
Get several quotes for each of them then choose the most suitable offer. Negotiate with service provider for better price. Describe the work plan to assess the time required to complete each development.
Perform a risk assessment to account for potential deviations from the project plan. Calculate the use of our resources, plus a reasonable profit margin to calculate the overall price. Write a proposal detailing materials, costs, and expected deadlines.
