Our client is seeking a Construction Estimator to deliver accurate, transparent, and well‑structured project estimates while supporting drafting and plan development for residential construction projects. This role serves as a critical link between sales, design, and production by converting conceptual plans into detailed cost breakdowns and build‑ready documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of residential construction, a high level of attention to detail, and a structured, analytical approach.
