Position Overview

This position reports to the Director and is part of the Strategy & Operational Consulting team. The Senior IBP / S&OP Advisor will play a key role in supporting clients through their transformation programs by acting as an expert in IBP, S&OP process design, analytics, and planning technologies.

At Talan, the Senior IBP / S&OP Advisor leverages strong analytical skills, client focus, and structured thinking to elevate planning maturity. The role involves assessing capabilities, designing future‑state processes, supporting advanced analytics, guiding IBP technology deployments, and coaching client teams through change and adoption.
